What the systems did where we could see everything

Before we sold any of this, we ran it on companies we own. Two consequences. We can show you what the systems produce without asking anyone's permission, and you should know these are our companies. Both are below, said plainly.

Disclosure. UNIKOST and MOBITRUCK are companies in the DATIK group. They are not independent clients. We publish these because we can see every number every day, and because a system you would not run on your own business is not one you should sell. The first external cases will be marked as such.

UNIKOST

Helps landowners and hospitality operators go from a piece of land to a first guest: feasibility, structure selection, delivery, opening. A long research phase, technical questions, and a buyer who reads before they call.

All three systems run here. The content engine publishes source-led field notes on land readiness, technical pathways and local rules for Broward County, with a machine-readable source guide so the pages can be cited by AI assistants. The chatbot answers structure and pricing questions in English and Spanish and books a video call. Reactivation works project enquiries that stalled after the first exchange.

COMMERCIAL TRAILER MANUFACTURING · DEERFIELD BEACH, FL

MOBITRUCK

Manufactures commercial trailer shells: three platforms, four build paths from bare shell to fleet. Fabricated in Estonia, completed in Florida with a certified partner. Technical buyers, long quotes, a two-country supply chain to explain.

The content engine runs here: guides, a data lab on food-truck economics, and a video library that feed five social channels from a team that does not have a content department. The site's own project section is still marked "outcomes to be added", which is the same honesty we are practising on this page.

Until this month, nothing ran on our own site. We are fixing that in public. The content engine goes live first, then the chatbot, then reactivation on every enquiry from the old site. Each step gets a log entry: what we installed, what broke, what it cost, how many hours it took.

The log is the case. If the numbers are bad, they will be here too, because that is the only version of this page worth reading.

Why there are no traffic numbers here yet. Analytics and Search Console were connected in September 2026, and a fair before-and-after needs a full month on each property. Publishing a number before that would be guessing with decimal places. The first set lands in October, whatever it says. External cases follow as the first client deployments pass their included period, each marked as an independent client and published with the client's written approval.
