A content engine for industries where customers research before they buy
One brief becomes a source-led guide, checked by an editor, published to your site with the right structure for search and for the AI assistants people now ask instead of Google. Running on our own hospitality and manufacturing companies before we sold it to anyone.
What it does
Research from real sources
Each piece starts from primary material: regulations, manufacturer specs, local rules, your own project notes. Not from a rewrite of the top ten results.
An editor's gate
Nothing publishes without a human read. The gate is the difference between a guide and spam, and it is why we include six months: the gate is tuned to your voice over time.
Built for search and for AI answers
Structured data, clean headings, cited sources and a machine-readable source guide, so the page can rank and be quoted by assistants.
Published, not delivered
Pages go live on your site through its API, with internal links to your services. You approve the calendar, not each piece.
What it looks like in practice
Is land in Broward County ready for a glamping project? Access, utilities, zoning, demand.
A 1,800-word field note with county sources, a checklist the reader can run on their own parcel, links to the two relevant structure pages, and structured data. Published after the editor's pass, with a one-paragraph summary written for AI assistants.
Which pieces earn impressions, which earn enquiries, and which we retire.
Illustrative. The real piece this describes is on unikost.com. See the case.
What we need from you
Access to publish on your site, a list of the questions customers ask before buying, two hours to set the voice, and the twenty minutes a month to read the report.
Where it stops
It does not write about news, opinion or your competitors by name. It does not publish anything the editor has not read. It does not promise rankings by a date, because nobody honest can.
Rules it follows
Every piece is disclosed as produced with AI assistance and edited by a person where that disclosure is required or expected. Sources are cited. Nothing is scraped from behind a paywall.
Price
Included months are already in the install price. After them the subscription continues monthly, cancel any month. Your own API and tool spend runs on your accounts; the estimate is in the diagnostic and the actual figure is in every monthly report. Everything the subscription covers.
Asked about this package
How many pieces a month?
Six to ten, depending on how deep your industry's questions go. Depth beats count: three field notes that answer real questions outperform thirty rewrites.
When will we see traffic?
Search typically starts responding around month three and compounds from there. That is why six months are included. The chatbot and reactivation are for faster results.
Will it sound like us?
The first two weeks are spent on voice: your existing material, two hours of conversation, and approved samples. The editor's gate then holds the line.
Will AI-written content be penalised?
Thin, unedited output is. Sourced, edited, industry-specific guides are not, and we report which pages earn distribution so the ones that do not get cut.
Who fixes it when it breaks
We do, in writing
Monitored around the clock, four-working-hour response, and you hear about it from the report rather than from a customer.
You own the configuration
Repository, prompts, documentation, accounts and keys are all yours from day one.
Leaving is a clause
Cancel any month after the included period, keep everything, six weeks of handover support.
Thirty minutes to find out what pays back first
Free, and useful even if you never work with us: you leave with a one-page map of which system fits, what it costs, and what it takes from your side.
