Install price includes the running period. After that the subscription continues monthly unless you stop it.

Monitoring
Every system watched around the clock. Failure response within four working hours. You hear about incidents from us, in the report.
Model migrations
When a model is retired or a better one ships, we test and switch. Tone and quality are checked against your approved samples before anything changes.
Platform changes
Search, Meta, WhatsApp and carrier rules move. We keep the systems compliant and delivering.
Playbook updates
Patterns from every deployment, never anyone's data, applied to yours.
Your approval
Anything a customer of yours might read or hear changes only with your sign-off. Everything else we change and report.
Reporting
Monthly, in your metrics: enquiries, bookings, ranking pages, replies. Not tokens.

About paying
Why is the install price different for each package?
It tracks the hours it takes to build around your business and the months of running included. Content includes six months because search takes that long to show; the chatbot and reactivation include three because they prove themselves faster.
What exactly do I pay for after the included months?
Monitoring, model migrations, platform changes, prompt and playbook updates from patterns across deployments, and a monthly report in your metrics. The full list is above and it is the same list in the contract.
Are there costs on my side?
Yes: API, tools and hosting run on your own accounts, typically $150 to $500 a month across the three packages. We show you the estimate before install and the actual number every month.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual prepay after the included period is two months free.
What happens to the price if we add a second location?
Second location is half the install price and seventy percent of the monthly fee, because most of the work already exists.
Do you negotiate?
On scope, yes. On the published price, no. The numbers here are the numbers everyone pays, which is the only way publishing them is honest.
