DATIK.CLICK Book a diagnostic

Privacy notice

What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Written to be read, not scrolled past.

Effective 21 September 2026. DATIK Inc., 4300 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33137. Questions: info@datik.click.

1. Who this covers

This notice covers two situations. First, you use this website or contact DATIK directly: then DATIK is responsible for your information. Second, you interact with a chatbot, email, text message or other system that DATIK operates on behalf of one of its clients: then the client business is responsible for your information, this notice explains how DATIK handles it on the client's instructions, and the client's own privacy notice also applies.

2. What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site: the details you type (name, company, email, industry, your description of the problem), the page you were on, and the time. When you use a chatbot we operate: the conversation, the channel it came through (website, WhatsApp, Instagram), and any contact details you choose to give. When you receive a follow-up message from a system we operate: whether it was delivered, opened or replied to, and any reply. When you visit: our host records standard technical data to serve the page. The Google Analytics tag loads with analytics cookies denied by default. It may send limited cookie-free measurements and consent signals to Google before you choose and after you decline. If you allow analytics, it can use analytics cookies.

We do not collect payment card numbers, government identifiers or health information through this site, and our forms ask you not to enter them.

3. Why we use it

To answer your request and run the diagnostic you asked for. To deliver and operate the services if you become a client, including monitoring, troubleshooting and reporting. To contact you about your request, which we do only if you have ticked the consent box. To keep records the law requires us to keep. To understand how the site is used through Google Analytics, with analytics cookies only if you accepted them.

4. Consent for calls and texts

We contact you by phone or text message only with your prior express consent, given by ticking the consent box on a form or by another clear affirmative act. For systems we run on behalf of clients, the client is responsible for holding that consent before any message is sent, and we check opt-out records before the first message and honour opt-outs within the message itself. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.

5. Call recording

Where DATIK operates a voice system, callers are told at the start of the call that the call is recorded and that they are speaking with an automated assistant. Florida law requires the consent of all parties to record a conversation, and the systems are configured accordingly. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may end the call and contact the business by email.

6. Automated decisions and AI

Chatbots and message systems we operate use artificial intelligence to understand and respond. They identify themselves as automated. They do not make legally significant decisions about you: they answer questions from approved material, ask qualifying questions and book appointments. A person is always available on request. See How we use AI.

7. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the providers we need to run the systems: hosting, email delivery, messaging carriers, model APIs, and Google Analytics, which can receive limited cookie-free signals even without analytics-cookie consent. Each works under a contract that limits what they may do with it, and with the client business when we operate a system on its behalf. We disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of people.

8. How long we keep it

Enquiries to DATIK: two years after our last contact, unless you ask for deletion sooner. Chat and message records in client systems: according to the client's contract, typically twelve to twenty-four months. Analytics: as configured in the analytics provider, with IP addresses shortened. Records we are legally required to keep: for the period the law sets.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent to be contacted, or object to a particular use. Write to info@datik.click with the business and channel you dealt with. We respond within thirty days and do not charge for the first request. Where a request concerns a system we operate for a client, we will forward it to the client and help them respond. If you live in a state with specific privacy rights, we honour those rights to the extent they apply.

10. Security

Access to personal information is limited to people and systems that need it. Data is encrypted in transit. Systems run on the client's own accounts with their own credentials, so a client's data is not pooled with anyone else's. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we notify affected people and authorities as Florida's Information Protection Act and other applicable laws require.

11. Children

This site and our systems are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, write to us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

When this notice changes, the date at the top changes. For material changes we will say so on this page for at least thirty days. Continued use of the site after that date means the updated notice applies.

Update on 21 September 2026: We changed the analytics setup to load Google Analytics with cookies denied by default. Limited cookie-free signals may reach Google before a choice or after a decline. Analytics cookies are enabled only after you allow them.
