When we will say no
If your enquiries arrive mostly by phone and you have nobody answering after hours, the first fix is a receptionist, and we do not sell one yet. If you have fewer than a few dozen past enquiries, reactivation has nothing to work with. If your customers do not research before buying, content will not pay back in six months. In each case we say so on the call and point you somewhere useful.
